Tomorrow marks the first official day of fall. Johanna posted a fall bucket list earlier this week and inspired me to make one too. Dan and I collaborated and here’s what we came up with:

We haven’t been camping since our kiddo was born and we’re super excited to get back at it. I’m sure it will be fodder for a few posts in the future. 🙂

Pumpkin Picking

Like last year, we plan to go to a local farm and pick our own pumpkins. The farm also has haystacks for the kids to climb, a corn maze, and a place for the kids to jump in cotton. (Last year was the first year for us Northerners to see cotton fields).

Leaf Jumping

We’ve been reading books about fall and our daughter is constantly asking us when the leaves in our backyard will come down. We’re looking forward to raking them up and jumping in.

Grilling Out

Dan was recently gifted a new grill. And it’s finally getting cool enough to be bearable outside here. So grilled steaks and chicken, here we come.

Corn Hole

What’s grilling out without a little corn hole? Michigan-themed of course. Our kiddo loves to watch the bean bags being tossed and get in on the action herself.

Michigan. The end.

What’s on your fall bucket list?
