Self-care covers lots of areas. Think big…how can I care for myself emotionally? Physically? Spiritually? Make a list. But don’t get overwhelmed when you realize you want to exercise more, sleep more, eat better, read more, hang out with friends more, get a mentor, discover your purpose, read your Bible, spend more time in prayer, etc.

Start small. Pick one thing. If possible, whatever you think is most crucial to your well-being. And yes, I think that sleep can sometimes be more crucial than Bible reading. Let’s not let the desire for perfection keep us from pursuing a partial solution.
